Once your fundraiser is set up, you just have to start selling! Tell all your friends, family, and coworkers about your new popcorn subscription fundraiser.

Once your fundraiser is done, you'll start getting checks! You'll receive one check a month with your earnings until all the subscriptions run out.

  • How do I start a fundraiser?
    Simply fill out and submit your groups application directly through the website
  • How do I advertise my fundraiser?
    Sharing on all social media platforms, sending emails to family and friends with the link to your active fundraiser, or running a booth at a local event are all great ways to get your fundraiser in front of the people who care.
  • Who qualifies?
    The applications are approved based on a first come first serve basis once the group is determined eligible. The Clustomer Club will only run 10 fundraisers at any given time. 4 small groups (10+ members) max 4 large groups (25+ members) max 1 family/individual The current default/fulltime fundraiser is FirstTee No 501c required
  • How long do the fundraisers run for?
    The fundraisers typically run for two weeks. The group will then have to wait for two weeks prior to running another fundraiser. This allows your group to run up to 12 fundraisers per year.
  • What are the shipping details?
    The popcorn is shipped USPS Priority Mail. The rates are determined in real-time but generally range from $8 (East Coast, where our production facilities are based) up to $12 for the West Coast. Shipping typically takes 1-2 days for East Coast and 2-4 days for the West Coast. You will receive tracking information when your order is processed.
  • When will I get my popcorn?
    Once the orders are placed please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping or pick up notification shortly after. Popcorn subscriptions are processed once a month.
  • When will I be charged for my popcorn?
    You will be charged for your popcorn immediately at checkout. If you select a recurring subscription you will then be charged every month on your selected processing/shipping date.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time prior to your subscription’s processing date.
  • What about allergies?
    The Clustomer Club currently opperates out of a Clusters Popcorn storefront. It should be noted that the storefront kitchen does have shared equipment with nuts and dairy products. All equipment is steam cleaned and sanitized to ensure cross contamination to be highly unlikely.
